Zenvix Order Booking Privacy Policy

Zenvix Order Booking is a business application used by authorized sales and delivery staff of companies using Zenvix ERP. The employer or subscribing company controls the business records processed through the application.

Information processed

The app may process the employee name, username, email address, phone number, device identifier, company and branch assignment, customer contact and address information, sales orders, payment receipt information, synchronization status, and diagnostic error information.

When enabled by the company, the app collects precise location to capture customer shop coordinates, display delivery routes, and record the authorized salesperson's work route. Background location may continue while the screen is off after the first order until end-of-day, with an ongoing Android notification.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed only to authenticate authorized users, create and synchronize business documents, provide delivery and field-sales functions, maintain audit trails, prevent duplicate synchronization, and diagnose service problems. Access is controlled by the subscribing company.

Sharing and service providers

Business data is sent to the Zenvix server selected by the company. Mapbox may process map requests and route coordinates when delivery maps are enabled. Firebase or email/SMS providers may process authentication or recovery requests when configured. Zenvix does not sell personal information.

Offline storage and retention

The app stores encrypted-transport business data and pending synchronization records locally so work can continue offline. Successfully synchronized queues may be removed from the device. Server retention and deletion periods are controlled by the subscribing company's policies and legal obligations.

Security

Production connections use HTTPS, access tokens, company and branch permissions, and device authentication where enabled. Users should not share credentials and should report a lost device immediately to their company administrator.

Your choices and deletion requests

Location, Bluetooth, notifications, and biometric permissions can be managed in Android Settings. Removing required permissions may disable related functions. Employees can request access, correction, or deletion through their company administrator. Company administrators may contact Zenvix support for server-side assistance.
